3. Self-Compassion and Non-Judgment: Develop compassion for yourself and others. Create a non-judgmental, loving space within to explore your whole self without fear or criticism. This helps balance opposing energies and restore inner peace.


4. Rewriting Negative Stories: Become aware of your multidimensional nature and rewrite negative stories. This empowers you to reconnect with dormant aspects of yourself and fulfill your potential.
