Service Description

In these times, it can be difficult to keep healthy, balanced thoughts flowing smoothly. Yet similar to juggling, once you grasp some mental wellbeing concepts, mental balance becomes a skill that you can master. The purpose of this workshop is to take the wellbeing concepts presented in "Balance is a Juggling Act, Journaling for A Mental Revolution", identify the 7 core principles that will have the most impact for the group or individual, and explore how subconscious thoughts in this area limit our potential, with the final result of removing blockages to take life to the next level.
